How to Draw Slime

How to Draw Slime. Slime can be a bit of a gritty substance, but it’s also pretty cool! It can come in many forms, and you can easily make slime to play with and cover all the furniture.
Check out our Cat Coloring Pages too.
Slime is also often featured in movies and TV shows, and there have been a few examples of slime monsters enraged. It wouldn’t be fun to meet such a slime monster in real life, but they’re pretty cool. Learning to draw slime is a great way to design such a monster yourself!
How to Draw Slime
Step 1
In this first step of our slime drawing guide, we’ll start by drawing the monster’s head. The monster’s head will be smooth and dome-shaped. While the contour is smooth and tight, there are two bumps in the line near the top of the head since that’s where her eyebrows are.
You can draw curved lines for those thin angry brows and then use small round shapes for the eyes themselves. Add more lines under the eyes, and to finish this step, you can draw some curved lines in the outline of the head to make it look like the slime is dripping from it.
Step 2
We will now add the mouth and first arm of your slime design. His mouth is drawn with many curved lines, and several thin sections stretch from the top to the bottom of his mouth. Once the mouth is removed, next we’ll add its first hand.
This hand is stretched out towards us viewers, and we draw it to show perspective, making it look big enough. Use some curved lines to outline the arrow, and then add more of those dripping details as well.
Step 3
We will add more to his arm and body contours as we continue with this slime drawing guide. The component under his hand and his body will be drawn with smooth and curved lines, but there will be a lot of drops on the outlines.
Also, this arm is drawn with some smooth lines from which thick drops fall. We’ll also remove a bubble near the upper arm for extra rough detail! Once this arm is drawn, the next step is to add some final details.
You can also add many of these teardrop details to the inside of his body. The chunkier you can make, the better!
Step 4
You can now add another arm for your slime design. This one is extended to the side and appears slightly smaller than the other to show perspective again.
Also, this arm is drawn with some smooth lines from which thick drops fall. We’ll also remove a bubble near the upper arm for extra rough detail! Once this arm is drawn, the next step is to add some final details.
Step 5
Before we end this tutorial on drawing slime with some paint, we need to add some final details. You can complete the monster’s outline by adding legs. Like the rest of the beast, these are drawn with curved lines dripping down.

As another fun detail, you can draw dirty footprints behind him. Then you are prepared for the decisive step! Before proceeding, you can also add some details to make it complete.
Like the rest of the beast, these are drawn with curved lines dripping down. One idea would be to draw a city below to make it look imposing! What different locations can you believe of for this mud monster?
Step 6
This brings you to the final step of this slime design, and now you can finish it with some color! Slime is often rendered green, and that’s the color scheme we used in our sample image.

Although it’s often shown in green, the good news is that you can use any color you can think of if you like! You could also use many colors to make this slime monster look like a compressed gooey goo mass.
Another way to add depth to this image would be to use acrylic paint and a thick layer to let the colors peel off the page a bit.
